Why grant access?
So they can build a relevant, personalised action plan, your coach needs a full picture of your EcoVadis status, including :
Which sub-themes you’re assessed on
Your current score
Your strengths and improvement areas
Which levers to activate first to earn more points
How to grant your coach access
To add a user, you first need to add our domain to your account :
a. In the top-right corner of any EcoVadis page, click your name.
b. Choose “User Management”, then open the “Settings” tab.
c. Click “Edit” to reveal the input fields.
d. Click “Add another domain” and enter: "trustditto.com"
2. Add your coach as a user
a. Still on the EcoVadis page, click your name again and select “User Management”.
b. Click “Add a new user” (top right).
c. Enter the following details, provided in the platform-launch email :
First name : [Coach’s first name]
Last name : [Coach’s last name]
Email : [[email protected]]
Phone : +33 1 89 71 61 00 (Ditto's main number)
Language : English
Role : Click “Allowed”, then select “Collaborator for Assessment”

If you receive this pop-up, it's normal: just click on "I understand" to confirm the addition of your coach.
What if adding the user doesn’t work?
Sometimes the operation fails (e.g. you see “User already exists”).
💡 If you tried to add your coach before whitelisting the domain, you may get this error. To fix it:
Delete the user (your coach) you already added.
Add the trustditto.com domain in your account settings (steps above).
Recreate your coach’s access.
This should resolve the issue.
