Prerequisites before submission:
Make sure you have completed all the questions on the Ditto platform.
Ideally, you have edited the responses using the AI discussion feature before validation — learn more here.
Transferring your responses from Ditto to CDP
Open your CDP and Ditto questionnaires side by side, or use two monitors.
1 - Accessing the questionnaire in Ditto
Log in to Ditto.
In the menu Frameworks > CDP > Projects, select your latest questionnaire.
Choose a validated question.
2 - Opening the corresponding question in CDP
Log in to CDP and open the questionnaire.
Find the same question.
3 - Transferring responses from Ditto to CDP
In Ditto, reopen the validated question to access the AI suggested table.
For each CDP field:
If it’s a checkbox or multiple choice → select the corresponding answer (e.g., Risks and opportunities, Frequency: more than once per year).
If it’s a text field → click the Copy button at the top of the box in Ditto, then paste into CDP.
4 - Validation and tracking
Once the question is filled in CDP, click Review.
In Ditto, mark the question as Completed.
Move on to the next question and repeat the process.
💡 Tips:
We recommend using a dual screen during submission to make the process easier.
Always double-check that multiple-choice selections match exactly with the options available in CDP.
Always use the Copy icon in Ditto to avoid typing errors.
Work through the questionnaire one question at a time to maintain traceability between both platforms.
